[One of pair} Raised wooden child's sandal carved from one piece of wood, the top of the sole covered with four panels of woven straw. Thong (hanao) missing. Characters on the underside of the heel read: 'matsu-han-shichi' , possibly the owner's name or some other sign. 163 long x 75 w x 50 h.
