Taxidermy case of adult male Spotted Nutcracker. According to Edward Hart, writing on 6 April 1927, '(No 1): adult male. Shot by S. Plowman (Keeper), November 6th 1868 at Pike's Field, Cattens Hill, Nr Christchurch. Mounted by Edward Hart. Sexes alike, summer and winter plumage the same''.
