European Rabbit; Brown Rat

Left scapula, right rib, left femur, left tibia, top half of right tibia, and right ilium of European Rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus), and a fragment of Brown Rat (Rattus norvegicus) right ilium. Also includes the right radio-ulna of European Rabbit from a different site.

Left scapula, right rib, left femur, left tibia, top half of right tibia, and right ilium of European Rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus), and a fragment of Brown Rat (Rattus norvegicus) right ilium. Also includes the right radio-ulna of European Rabbit from a different site. These specimens were collected from earth outside burrows in two banks near the River Thames, Plumstead & Erith Marshes. The additional European Rabbit radio-ulna was collected on chalk rubble at the base of a section in Harefield Pit, Middlesex.
