Label absent. 6.25" diameter flat rosewood simple ends, white cloth backing on right-hand, 'action within sides' construction. 40 keys: 20 each side. Ivory, black accidentals, stamped. Later straps with small brass screws. Five-fold black leather bellows with gold star papers. Round-end brass reeds, with large single rivets, in pan with four 'unfilled' chambers (a 48 key pan). Circular pan label: 'Wheatstone & Co., Patentees, 20 Conduit St, Regent St, London.'
