Index card reads: Semicircular: copper: two intermediate brass sleves and brass mouth-pipe sleeve: inscription on copper bell-garland. Leather boss and sleeve and part of strap probably original. Lacks mouthpiece. Two breaks in body repaired: one roughly soldered and re-broken. Needs cleaning. Minor denting.
