Bugle. Bovine horn with metal bell, mounts and crest of a runing stag. Percy Bull catalogue (p.50): 'HUNTING HORN/mounted in brass, with a stag as ornament'. Index card reads: A cow's horn with three plated metal mounts and bell rim: the mouthpiece of ivory and deeply cupped with a narrow rim and fitted by a turned sleeve; a plated metal figure of a running stag imposed on the body.
