422.211.2 (single) clarinets with cylindrical bore, with fingerholes

Eleven-keyed clarinet in C. Index card by T.K. Dibley 1 May 1997 reads: Cocus: 3 joints, bell, barrel and mouthpiece: keys German silver, flat, square heads in blocks, little finger keys in bell-shaped swelling: ferrules ivory, conventional profile but bulbous on barrel: no thumb-rest: bell near-conical, rim half-round: barrel fairly high-waisted: mouthpiece with long tenon and short table, grooved for cord. The left hand joint, lower joint and bell are stamped: 'MILLIGAN/LONDON'. The bell is also stamped with the device of a unicorn. See also detailed description below, by Thomas K. Dibley.
