Wooden biscuit moulds, engraved with a central flower and two butterflies for biscuits and pastries.

This mould could be used to make snowy mooncake, invented in Hong Kong in the 1930s due to economic reasons and market demands. Snowy mooncake using a mould like this does not need to be frozen, and has a texture like traditional mochi. But a new snowy mooncake (non-vegan) invented by a Hong Kong bakery in the late 1980s, doesn't use moulds like this, and these must be frozen.
