A yellow plastic helmet / hard hat with a small peak. White plastic strapping to enable size adjustments is attached to the inside. A small black label with 'Vitrex' in silver lettering is adhered to the front. Manufacture and protective details are embossed on both the hat and the strapping. A label is adhered on the inside with similar details.
