Photographs taken during expeditions through Africa (particularly Uganda) and attributed to Edward James Wayland (circa 1920s). According to annotations a selection of these images featured in issues of the Journal of the Royal Anthropological Institute. Negatives and prints have been removed from their original envelopes and these envelopes have been retained and annotated with the corresponding negatives and prints they describe.
