Letter in reply to letter received on the 30th July in regards to a Moriori toki which the author does not wish to get less than £3 for the item. The value of the item due to being only one of three axes found in New Zealand. The author mentions descriptions and extracts that he also sends with the letter, the item cannot be sent as too fragile but will in come in person to show recipient the axe.
