Letter offering a model of a houseboat from China, representing a travel boat used on the rivers in West China, above the limit of steamboat navigation. The model is about 6 feet long and is a fairly faithful model of a Chinese travelling houseboat, fitted with mast, sail, oars and rudder. It has been previously exhibited in various places by the author but is difficult to move around and will sell to the Horniman Museum for £3. Note at top of page confirms cheque for £3 sent to author. End of last page unreadable as adhered to scrapbook page.
