A short report written in 1998 as part of the conservation plan for the Horniman Museum and the restoration plan for the gardens. The report includes detailed plans of the proposals for the redevelopment of the grounds surrounding the Museum in April 1998 by Elizabeth Banks Associates including a report on the history of the landscape around Surrey Mount and a list summarising the proposed plans. Also included are simplified plans outlining the changes to the landscape around Surrey Mount and Forest Hill between 1862 and 1998.
