Greek terracotta mask dating from the 5th to 2nd century BCE. The mask depicts Silenus, a character from Greek mythology, shown as an old bearded man with a squat nose and protrusions from the forehead. This example is said to have been discovered in a tomb at Pantecapaeum, Kertch, in Southern Russia.
