Carved wooden needle sheath. Flat on one side, rounded on the other, with a deep diagonal groove cut across it; with a brass thimble nailed to the end of the wood with a hole in the top centre of the thimble. Crosshatched with a plain diamond shape in the mmiddle, in the centre of which is carved 'A.K.'.
