The Aquarium will be closed all day on Wednesday 27 April, and reopen from Thursday 28 April.
Pipe end for a hookah from India made of white metal. The pipe end has engraved decoration including bands near the bottom and a floral motif around the top. Inside there is a filter, possibly made from clay. There are a number of maker's mark and hallmarks.
These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
