The Aquarium will be closed all day on Wednesday 27 April, and reopen from Thursday 28 April.
Vessel flute, in the shape of a buffalo head. Black ceramic with circular maker's mark or decorative stamp, four fingerholes and two thumbholes. A multi-coloured cord strung with seeds is suspended from a metal hook embedded in the crown of the buffalo's head.
These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
