The Aquarium will be closed all day on Wednesday 27 April, and reopen from Thursday 28 April.
Shadow puppet of Sahadewa, made of carved and painted leather. Sahadewa is the fifth of 5 princely Pandawa brothers and the twin of Nakula. His hair is in the style known as apit urang, or pinching shrimp. The flesh parts are painted white and he has the delicate facial features, narrow eyes and nose and delicate mouth typical of a refined, or halus, character. He is an expert in mysticism and magic spells.
