Turon mask, made of wood covered with hair. The eyes are metal discs, and the two horns are real ram or goat horns. The mouth flap is operated by a string, and it is supported on a wooden rod.

This mask represents Turon, a creature from Polish mythology. Turon appears during festivals held at Christmas and is, in some regions, associated with fertility. This mask would have been worn with a costume that concealed the wearer.
