The Aquarium will be closed all day on Wednesday 27 April, and reopen from Thursday 28 April.
Carved wooden model of a man harrowing, with two oxen yoked to a long pole to which is attached a rake or harrow. The man sits on the projecting end of the pole and guides the machine. A waist cloth is indicated in the carving, pulled up between the man's legs. All on integral rectangular base.
These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
